Service Description

Determine event goals and objectives. Set your event budget. Finalize a date. Find a venue location. Create your event name and theme. Secure event suppliers (catering, A/V, photographer, decorations, etc.). Write, proofread, and order any printed materials (programs, signage, etc.). Manage event day set up, execution, and tear down. Share event photos and publicity.

Cancellation Policy

• You are allowed to reschedule your rentals to any date no more than 2 months after the date of your event was scheduled. • 50% cancellation Fee at any time after making the reservation. • 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
